The institute has well developed computerized library with around 12,000 books available for providing knowledge to students. It offers the student’s course related books, reference books, magazines, journals and newspapers, so that the student can get updated his/her knowledge as demand of the modern era. Accessibility to these books and journals is available for 12hrs. a day.

Library has a comprehensive collection of books, journals, magazines etc. We have books by Indian as well as foreign authors in areas like LAW & etc.

Studying at VCL will give you access to one of the best libraries in the area. This all-important resource centre supports the teaching, learning and research activities of all staff and students. There are designated silent and group work areas in the library. An expert in each subject area is also available to provide you with subject specific support and advice. Library is the major source of data and knowledge. VCL has a Library which is extremely rich in resources for learning, research and general awareness. It is spacious and comfortable, therefore, enabling the students to spend long hours easily in it.

Besides journals (more than 100 national & international) library gets regularly a large number of magazines, periodicals and newspaper and information bulletins of world repute. In addition to this it has an impressive collection of educational CD-ROMs and Video Cassettes.

Our Library has been put on Libsys through the Integrated Library Management System. Total catalogue of the Library is available on Intranet. Manual system of issue and return of books has been stopped and changed to automatic computerized system. The students have been provided with Library Card and at the same time can be used as an Identity Card.
